Pack Your Item
Securely place the bag in its original dust bag and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the original invoice is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
